Everything you need to know about our pricing
You pay per booking processed through the platform. Rates start at €1.50 per booking and progressively decrease as your volume grows. The more you process, the lower your effective rate, down to €0.35 per booking at the highest volumes.
Your annual cycle starts from the day you activate your account on the platform, not from the calendar year. If you join in June, your first year runs June to June. Bookings are counted and tiers reset within each annual period.
Nothing bad, you just keep going. Our progressive tiers mean additional bookings are charged at the rate for that tier. Higher volumes actually unlock lower per-booking rates, so scaling up benefits you.
No setup fees. You only pay for the bookings you process. All platform features are included at every volume level. There are no per-user fees or feature gates.
All features are included regardless of your volume: booking timeline, communication tools, tour operations management, finance & analytics, team workflow, and guest experience portal. No feature is gated behind a higher tier.
