About the role

We need a Product Owner who also owns QA. Someone who accepts modules from engineering, tests them thoroughly, and makes sure what reaches our customers is production-quality.

You're the last line between a commit and a happy tour operator. You'll also shape the roadmap for TourLeda alongside the founders.

What you'll own

Review modules delivered by engineering: spec compliance, UX, edge cases
Manual QA across web and mobile flows. Think like the most skeptical tour operator
Own release readiness: go / no-go for features reaching production
Keep the bug backlog prioritized and in shape
Contribute to TourLeda roadmap and acceptance criteria

What we're looking for

3+ years as Product Owner / Product Manager / QA at SaaS or digital product
Strong eye for detail. You spot what engineers missed
Comfortable writing acceptance criteria and test cases
Technical enough to read specs, reproduce bugs, and work with engineering
English and Polish

Nice to have

Automation experience (Playwright, Cypress)
Experience with AI-assisted QA tooling
Travel industry background

How we hire

130-min intro call. Mutual fit, role expectations, compensation range.
2Task or working session. Role-dependent: portfolio review, take-home task, or paired session.
3Founders call. 60 minutes with the founders, product and vision deep-dive.

We aim to close the loop in under 2 weeks from the first call.
