About the role

We ship software with the help of AI. It's a daily tool, not a gimmick.

We work on our own authored version of Claude Code, extended with travel-tech integrations, internal RAG knowledge bases, and agents built for our specific workflow. You'll help us push it further, build new agents, and work on TourLeda, our next-generation platform.

This is not a position for someone who tried ChatGPT twice. We want real Claude Code experience. You've shipped things with it, you understand its quirks, and you have opinions on context engineering.

What you'll own

Ship features across the stack: React/TS frontend, Node or Python backend
Extend our custom Claude Code fork with new skills, tools, and MCP integrations
Build custom agents for our product team and internal workflows
Work on TourLeda from greenfield architecture decisions to production
Contribute to our internal RAG knowledge base and context engineering

What we're looking for

4+ years fullstack (React + Node or Python)
Real, daily Claude Code experience. You use it, not just know it exists
Understanding of context engineering. Prompts are engineering, not art
Have shipped agents or MCP servers (side projects count)
English strong enough for written async collaboration

Nice to have

OpenCode or similar agentic CLI experience
Custom tooling around LLMs: custom skills, evals, RAG at scale
Travel or SaaS product background

How we hire

130-min intro call. Mutual fit, role expectations, compensation range.
2Task or working session. Role-dependent: portfolio review, take-home task, or paired session.
3Founders call. 60 minutes with the founders, product and vision deep-dive.

We aim to close the loop in under 2 weeks from the first call.
