To become a Founding Member, you need to purchase one of our booking packs (Starter, Growth, Professional, or Business). Pack purchase is required before onboarding begins. Any pack purchase during the Founding Members program qualifies you for long-term discounts: 5 years for Tier 1, 3 years for Tier 2.

Your discount depends on two factors: which tier you join AND which pack you choose. Bigger pack = bigger discount. Tier 1 gets a 5-year lock: Business 60%, Professional 50%, Growth 40%, Starter 30%. Tier 2 gets a 3-year lock: Business 45%, Professional 35%, Growth 25%, Starter 15%.

Your Founding Member discount applies to all future pricing we publish - including new features, premium plans, and expansions. It also applies to Pay-As-You-Go rates after your pack is depleted. The discount is locked for 5 years (Tier 1) or 3 years (Tier 2). The only exception is AI tokens, which have a separate discount structure due to variable costs from AI providers.

You purchase a booking pack upfront (Starter: 7k, Growth: 12k, Professional: 35k, Business: 100k bookings). Your discount depends on both your tier AND the pack you choose - bigger packs unlock bigger discounts. Packs are valid for 3 years with full rollover.

You have two options: purchase another pack at your locked Founding Member rate, or switch to Pay-As-You-Go. Either way, your discount applies - same percentage, locked for the duration of your tier (5 years for Tier 1, 3 years for Tier 2).

3 years from purchase. Unused bookings roll over automatically within this period, no monthly or annual expiration.

The platform is functional with core features working (reservations, logistics, tickets, communication). However, not all modules are fully integrated yet, and we're continuously developing new functionality. Bugs are possible. This is a partnership program for companies that want to co-create the product's future.

Nothing changes. Your discount rate remains locked for the full duration of your tier - 5 years for Tier 1, 3 years for Tier 2.

First 5 partners get personal 1:1 onboarding with the founding team (€5,000 value), included free. Partners 6-10 receive team-led onboarding covering process analysis, system setup, and training.

Yes. Any bookings processed on the platform before the official launch (end of April 2026) are on us and do not count against your booking package. This means you can start using the system immediately with zero risk to your pack balance.

You pay for the pack upfront - this is required to start onboarding. We then deduct bookings from your pack as you use them. After your pack is depleted, you can buy another pack (with your locked discount) or switch to Pay-As-You-Go (also with your discount applied).

Pack purchase is a one-time payment. After your pack is depleted, PAYG billing is monthly based on actual bookings used, with your Founding Member discount applied.

The official launch is planned for April 2026. Founding Members get early access and can start using the platform as soon as onboarding is complete.

We want to give each Founding Member real influence on the product. With 10 companies we can have deep conversations and quickly respond to feedback. With 100 companies it's impossible.

You have direct contact with the founding team. If something doesn't work, we'll discuss and see what can be adjusted. Each situation is handled individually - we want this to work for both sides.
