Who's behind this?
Krzysztof Balon — founder of Automate Travel. Ten years of running tours from Kraków, building ops software for the last five. Labs is where we ship what we build for ourselves first, then give it away.
The team and I test every prompt on real tour photos before it hits the library. No theoretical AI — only what actually works on Booking listings, Instagram posts, and GetYourGuide galleries.

- Yes. Free forever. The prompts, the library, Lab Notes — all free. We build Labs as a free resource for tour operators. Our paid product is the full Automate Travel platform, which is a separate thing.
- How often will you email me?
- Only when we have something worth your time. We don't commit to a schedule and we don't pad with filler. When we ship a new prompt, tool, or workflow — you'll know.
- Can I unsubscribe?

- What AI do the prompts use?
- Nano Banana (Google's Gemini 2.5 Flash Image) — it's free in the Gemini app. You copy a prompt from Labs, paste it into Gemini with your photo, get an edited version back. No subscription, no credits.
